I know darling but this is not the first time that Shailja Bajpai has written such an article...she always does this...discouraging and humiliating TV actors and lapping up to her personal favourites.
I cannot stand such biased journalists. They make my blood boil and I always send a cutting feedback to them.
I think that if this writer has a "right" to express her opinion then we have a right to express our opinion as well especially if it is not the truth for everyone. Nitica, I didn't bash the writers for KYPH, but I did bash them for JJKN. This is my response:
i guess i had to do my duty as a diehard jjkn fan, so I wrote the following...
Hi, I am writing with regards to an article posted by Shailaja Bajpai & Sonia Wahengbam entitled, "Some like it cold?" featured in expressindia on June 26. I take it that the writers of the article don't watch the shows that they wrote about and neither did they ask the public on their views on the chemistry between the various couples. Armaan and Jassi for example on Jassi Jaissi Koi nahin were mentioned to share no chemistry and that is absolutely false. I only watch the show because I love the chemistry between Armaan and Jassi. They share a beautiful magic and their romantic nature makes one want to fall in love all over again. I do think that all good things must come to an end. Jassi and Armaan should get married and the show should just end. The show should end before the show looses all meaning and becomes like the rest of the K trash we have to endure.
I don't know about the other shows aired, but with Kkusum...that show failed once Nausheen left the show not because Kkusum and Abhay share no chemistry. Kkusum should have ended with Nausheen's departure. Kkusum and Abhay not sharing any chemistry holds no relevance as they are supposed to be parents to grown children. I give Shailaja Bajpai & Sonia Wahengbam article a cold two thumbs down. 🤢
