She is feeling guilty, her subconscious mind knows she loves swayam n dats what is making her feel bad n all... realization abhi conscious mind ko hone main thoda aur waqt lgega... atleast she recollected all those moments wid swayam n was epic part!!!!

The scene where she remembers all her past moments with Swayam is beautiful...seems like an epiphanic realization for Sharon...its really touching!!Sneha totally nailed it as usual!
