A man who can think to take revenge with the father of Indira not letting him escape the man who can make the sky meet the earth only for her sake will let his brother come in between we must think a lot over.I think Alujna is right ...it is quite possible. Otherwise, there is no way Sameer can come between this two .Even though Indira doesn't say she likes Rishi , but from her behavior , it is pretty evident that she cares for him , likes him. She is one of the people who feels hesitated to express her feelings . I don't think Rishi would let Sameer to come between them either as he is very protective about her.
Now we saw , Rishi has head injuries, he might get amnesia and forgot everything about his past which will pave the way for Sameer to intrude in Indira's life.
