OK guys

I think we have all had enough with the discussions on Monday's "wonderful" episode and the rest 2 have just been very boring so lets have a couple of hours of "detour" from KS - at least until today's update!

Last week I posted a topic on "Amla Hair oil/shampoo" and we had a great discussion on healthy tips on hair care. (thanks to many of you lovely forum members)

Today's Topic : SKIN

I can't comment much on the KS star's skin as they all probably use a lot of make-up so who knows what they look like without any (except Bani of course who we saw earlier and she is stunning !)

So, I have skin which is medium fair but have HUGE problems with sun tan !! I can get a degree change in my shade with just spending 10 - 15 min in direct sun !

Any healthy tip to reduce the amount of tan (without too much use of sun care products !)

Look forward to hearing from you all now ...........

i tried it ... Yogurt i mean .. but No help .. if u have a dep tan ... and one thats since a long while .
However .. when u use your spf ... then ... slowly further damage to your skin will be prevented ... and your tan will fade

I have the same problem as you Payal... My mom used to put paste of yogurt & milk on my face -- while growing up... It actually reduced my acne but the tan didn't really go away... It does take some time -- or in my case entire winter -- to get the color back...

I do use the spf sun screen but it's of no use... espically when I'm at the beach... FORGET IT!! the water washes away any and all lotion applied on my skin... 🤢

There has to be some other solution than this... and I'll all open to any suggestions give by this wonderful group... 😳

Anyone with home made tips apart from the yoghurt ? I already use Loreal's Sun screen with 80 SPF but have this problem !
Unless I stay indoors all the time - which would be a shame as we in the UK do not get that much sunshine anyone - what with the lonnnnnnnnnng miserable winters !

i have the same problem too! and it takes forever for my skin to go back to its normal colour. i don't know what a good way is to reduce the effects of the sun, so i try not to stay under the sun for too long :p

Hey every1...... cool topic

Why don't you try yougurt mixed with cucumber pulp for a soothing effect ( apply to the face for 20 mins and rinse with luke warm water)

or

yougurt & lemon for cleansing (apply to the face for 20 mins and rinse with luke warm water)

or

Multani mitti (fullers earth) mixed with haldi and lemon powder for a deep cleansing facial..... apply to the face and neck and leave for 20 mins or until dry and then remove using a damp towel . finally splash some cold water on the face and neck.

hope this helps.
