Dude, that's not all. The room was like 60 degrees, basically like a sauna. When I went, I was sweating immediately anyway and on top of that we were doing yoga. It's not good for people who can't handle hot temperatures or have high blood pressure. It does wonders for your skin but you become super dehydrated after. Plus I had a male teacher who was bald, short and was only wearing tight swimwear (nothing else!!) 🤢. In those 45 minutes, I went between feeling like fainting and puking (at the sight of the teacher). It was hell!
