Ash – Sush: Warring beauties

The rivalry between Aishwarya Rai and Sushmita Sen has served as easy fodder for tabloids and gossip-mongers. And the buzz is that the rivalry is shifting into next gear with both Ash and Sush agreeing to do play the same character in two different films. Ash and Sush will both play the role of Rani Laxmibai. While Ash's film will be produced by Ketan Mehta, Sush plans to produce her film herself under the banner Tantra. The buzz is that Sush's alleged current flame Manav Menon who is an ad filmmaker will direct the film for Sush. Sush had also said that either the director or the cinematographer of the film will be from Hollywood and that it would be focusing on Rani Laxmibai as a mother. With the lines drawn between the two beauties, it would be interesting to see how each interprets the character in her own way.
