I'm not going to spoil DP's update when it's up, but watching today's conversation b/w Jarika on the cause of the Jaundice, it was funny to see Jai go into details about the water piping in the college. Jai has always been unsure about what he wants to do, but now we know what he'd be good for. He should take up civil engineering and design the plumbing of various properties he's interested in - it would be a good substitute to both the masala business, as well as whatever it was his mama was doing in Singapore.
Since the masala business is by now tainted, the best long term hope for the Poddars is Sarika starting her medical practice once she passes, Jai starting a plumbing company 😆, Chandan doing whatever he wanted to do, Shikha starting a parlor and other family members doing whatever they deem fit. Hope Santosh gets really eroded & overruled - somehow, I don't like that nothing has happened to her.
