over here you have to nominate a person whomever avatar or signature you like!

the last date to nominate will be on the 2nd of july!

YOU CANNOT NOMINATE FOR YOURSELF!

Ya, coz as far as I know, our jaan Manshi doesn't make avis or sigs 😆

i'll give you an example!😊

you've just got to nominate someone, someone's who's signature or avatar you like!

for example: i like charms 16's signature, so i nominated her for best avatar! and i like ashi_rox's avatar so i nomited her for best avatar!
