Malika seems to be less of a senior surgeon and more of Ashu's personal secretary. Why do people have to go through her to meet Ashu? and then, she goes and tells everything to her witch of a Sister in Law who then advises her not to care about Ashu's feelings!!!!🤬 How can Malika profess her love for Ashu when she is stooping so low? 🤢

I am starting to getting a little bored with seeing Nidhi and Ashu so miserable all the time. Story needs to move forward...
