"So ladies and gentlemen, big round of applause for Geet and Tanu" Abhay said while the crowd cheered.

Geet frowned; Tanu was still standing like a statue. "I told you not to mess with Abhay, look, what we'll do now" Geet pleaded. "If chacha and chachi found out; they'll kill me". She looked like she'll cry. "Geet, we have to be brave...we are brave...long live Tanu and Geet" Tanu tried to cheer Geet up while staring at the crowd. "We'll payback on Abhay later; now let's deal with this situation" Geet agreed. Tanu smiled back at Abhay and the man next to him.

"She's smiling...oh god, save me" Abhay prayed.

Maan didn't even hear what Abhay was grumbling; all he knew was that his angel was standing there; whispering something to the girl next to her and she was talking. Maan longed to hear her voice. He was busy staring at her. "What's her name?" he thought. "Abhay..."

"Hmm, what's your friends' name?" he asked casually.

"Oh ' Tanu and Geet" Abhay said his eyes fixed on Tanu.

"Now who's Tanu and who's Geet? I better not ask him or he'll be suspicious why am I interested in his friends" Maan thought.

The lights went off. Soft guitar acoustic music with piano chords was being heard. Maan's heart also stopped when he heard her sweet voice; her melodious and musical tone. He was sure to faint...

Geet frowned and gave Abhay a murderous look saying "better watch out". And she started with one of the solo.

Tanu continued the next verse with rhythm.

Maan was lost in her sweet voice. "Wow'Maan, look at the cute bait infront of you instead of a 73 oldie" Maan thought. "Seems nice cake" he said licking his lips.

Maan was too lost to continue his thoughts. Geet's voice had an electric effect on him. "Maan, she's singing for you'maybe you should just shut up, even when it's get tought, baby cause this is love? Love? Attraction you mean, sweetie" Maan thought as Geet finished the last line and everyone clapped their hands. Some boys even winked at them or whistled for them. He frowned at that.

Geet and Tanu smiled. Geet desperately wanted to drink something. She also had to plan revenge on stupid dummy Abhay Raichand for this. Her eyes twinkled mischievously. "Abhay Raichand'you gonna regret this" Geet thought as a smile played on her lips.

Maan watched Geet's smile and his heart melt completely. "This girl will drive me crazy with her smile" he thought.

"Dude, see, I told you, my friends gonna make it a hit, even if it was against their wish to sing" Abhay giggled.

Maan nodded. "Mission one: find who my girl is" Maan said mentally.

Geet and Tanu moved away from the crowd. They were smiling. "What's our plan?" Tanu said quietly. Geet laughed "I don't know, but we'll work on it" Geet approved.

"Excuse me? Tanu?" someone called.

"Excuse me? Tanu" Maan found himself saying'.

Tanu turned to face the person behind her.

"Huh? Who called me? I think I am dreaming" she sighed.

She turned and looked behind. Maan managed to hide himself behind a beam before Tanu could see him. "So she's Tanu and that girl, my princess is Geet, Maan and Geet, it does match, nah, Maan?" he thought laughing. "Hah" he sighed "what a perfect match - Maaneet"

Geet smiled and walked away with her.
