The problem with this track would be that Monia is not the biological heir to the whole property and Komal and Murari do not look like that type of people even if forced. In Eklavya, the woman who opted for that option with Eklavya was the QUEEN. Her husband was just sort of a lackey (or a prince), none of the property belonged to him so it was her children who would be considered as the biological heirs, not his. As for DEK, Briraj is the biological child of rajmata and only his children will receive all of the property and if he himself had no biological children then the gay cousin is the next in line.
As for the grandfather leaving all of his property under granddaughter's name, I don't think he would have done that if he knew that she was not his biological granddaughter. I Know cases which have occurred in courts over this matter. Even in the historical times, wars have happened due to biological heir not being crowned so it seems an impossibility.
