Maan saw Geet' he was pained but still knew somewhere it was his own deed which has led to all this'.

Geet did not know he was also in a party but seeing him dressed that way she guessed'.

"How was the B'day party'." He could not stop asking

"ummm Ok' actually I don't like going to disc but Yash'. You know I can't deny his request and it was his B'day"

Maan again had a tinge of pain' "she can't deny Yash'. And here your husband have to face your daily denial' hmm" he shied and thought.

"You had a party too' it seems' how was it"

Maan did not know what to say and how was the party'.. was a big question itself but he did not want her to feel guilt by saying anything

"Just a usual small business party'.."

He quietly changed and went to sleep' Geet drifted to sleep too'.

Next morning' Newspaper.. Geet was asleep when Maan read that his news was not only the headline of the Bussiness page but it was on the First page of all the newspaper'' Personal life of Maan Singh Khurana was a good gold for media'..

Geet was still asleep' he immediately hid all the newspapers before Geet would wake up' he did not want her to feel guilty for none of her mistake'. He did not anyway consider her not being in the party was her mistake at all'. He had to keep watch on her till she left for office'. After that he will have to think how to manage media'. Plans already started working on his mind'

Geet woke up and looked for newspaper'.. She just have habit to look at the headlines fast and then rush to get ready' but she could not find the newspaper'.. Maybe she must have missed' there must be some strike'. She left to get ready'.

At the breakfast table Maan made sure he was there with her..

Dadima in real angry tone: "Geet where were you yesterday' do you have any answer" she was actually asking her answer to the questions media have thrown on Maan.. but before she could gather Dadima's anger'.

"Dadima, Geet is really busy in some important project in her office' " but before Geet could speak anything Maan just pressed her hand and signaled her to not speak''

Geet for the first time felt the touch was so pure, real and in concern' she got lost in Maan's touch and his sudden behaviour'.. Maan had no option as to stop her before she would say something and everything will come out wrong infront of family' handling media was more than enough ' now handling home would be too much'.

Annie:"Seems like her office it the most important thing in Geet's life" she taunted

"Annie??" Maan warned Annie'.

"Geet come on' you are getting late" Geet did not know what was happening'. Suddenly everything seemed opposite'

Maan shouted on Annie for her and also picked her up with authority'. she was confused with everything but had to listen to him'. She cannot disrespect him in front of everyone'.

He left her near her car "Have a nice day!!" Geet left wondering what the matter was'

Maan thought she will be busy in office in day time and by that time he will fix everything and calm the press down'..

Geet on her way was lost recollecting whatever happened in the morning getting more confused''

But already confused Geet got more confused when she was snatched by Yash the moment she reached her seat'. He pulled her outside the main gate of ofice'.

"What the hell were you doing at my party yesterday?? " he asked angrily

Now Geet was really going mad'. Is everyone around her hell bent on confusing her'

"Hello' it was your B'day and you insisted me to come there'. I am not anyways interested in Disc, you know that' I just went there for you' for your feelings" she snapped back angrily

Yash really was confused with Geet's behaviour'.

"Do you really love your husband or I should assume what they are telling is all true'.."

Geet was really angry now'

"Where did my husband come in between these'.. And to make it very clear, I don't want to discuss my personal life with anyone"

Yash was on other hand getting mad at Geet's behaviour'..

"Ohh really' don't want to discuss your personal life with anyone' so what is this" he threw the newspaper to her'. He had bundle in his hand'..

Geet opened the newspaper and saw the headline'. Her eyes widen'. She sat down on the bench' read the news'

Then question about where about of Mrs Khurana '. Then question about their relation and all were targetted to Maan'. She quickly went thru all the newspapers... she hated the newspaper' they were enjoying the situation' mining gold from it'.

She looked at Yash

"You don't know about all this??? " Yash asked surprised'

"I got to go'."

She took her purse from her seat and rushed to her car'.. All the incident running in her mind' Maan in party dress last night' very low'

Then the morning breakfast session'. And how he saved her from all this mess' why there was no newspaper today'.. everything'.

How he had tried to talk about some new venture to her so many times'. And her not listening to anything has lead him in this situation' she has publicly made mockery of their relation'..

"Ohh God, how could I go ahead in saving myself and putting Maan in this mess'. Meri wajah se ajj Maan" she had not even a single moment to think for her at that moment'..

While Maan had to calm the situation and he needed time to plan something' he asked Adi to arrange press conference at 5 pm in the evening'.

He was just on phone figuring out how to sort out the matter by evening when Geet just came back running and hugged him from behind'. Maan was shocked' was he dreaming or was it real''she slid from him and sat on her knees'

"I am sorry Maan" At that moment she did not want to think about trusting him or not'. She was at fault she knew only that and she has given pain to him' she could not believe she went this ahead'..

Maan turned' still not beleiving Geet was there'. He sat down on his knees' held her shoulder' she was real and she was crying''.He lifted her by both her shoulder'.did not know what to say'.She looked up at him and hugged him from his chest'"I am sorry" she said again'. Not believeing she did this to him for her own safety'.

Maan was not sure if he even have right to hug back his wife or not but she was crying and she needed to calm down'. He slowly placed his shaking hand around her'..he obviously did not want her to feel sorry'. She was no where at fault according to him'

"You don't need to be sorry' please Geet' and I am handling everything'." He knew she have always done her best to save the repute of their relation.

He made her sit down and brought a glass of water for her'.."Calm down Please'. Everything will be alright'. I am used to handling these kind of situations"

He took the glass from already lost Geet'."We have arranged for press conference in evening and I will handle everything there"

"Press Conference??? " means he will again face press alone to save his reputation which was at stake due to her'.

"Can I come with you there" she asked abrubtly not knowing how to handle press conference or how she will face it with Maan'. But she only knew she had to be with Maan at that moment'.He has spent his whole life for this respect and she had ruined it in a go this all she could gather ... her own issues with him completely went behind at that moment
