Well, because he is not Shyam.. as in the Anjali's real husband. Anjali's husband must be dead and Arnav must have planted a lookalike as Anjali's husband. And they have no relationship
See he is saying only he knows the truth
Of course Arnav does not know that this Shyam has proposed marriage to Khushi...

my cousin once asked me if Anjali is mentally ill coz of the all the things she does..lol.. she also thought of the same thing... her real husband is dead and Arnav hired a look alike..😆 it wud have been possible if it was an ekta show.. 😆 but u never know.. maybe he did die and came back.. that's why Anjali always prays and fast for him...😆

no yar.he is just manipulating to come out of this problem.by putting emotional face and telling stupid things.thats it.may be his marriage happen in a way he may not found happieness but he is with anjali for money.kushi leaves him definately.but if he looses anjali also no money for him.so.telling stupid things to believe kushi.
