Its OK for some people not being slim and being over weight but believing that they are setting a trend as fat = sexy is being in DeNial..As long as he is healthy and feels ok being in his skin
Why does he not try for being a model for big people than??
Here is US we have models IE. big size women , Tall men, Now there should be fat or big men too..
