Generally any system that works for the country and is well managed by good people should be fine. Those extreme ones should be excluded like dictatorships, totalitarian etc
Even too much democracy leads to indiscipline and chaos. So Govt needs to have a strong hand to control them.
A well run country should have jobs, housing, heath, etc for its people.
Example of Govt Types:
Happiness index can be used to measure the people's satisfaction.
When a country is affluent it is easier to rule but a bad Government can completely ruin a country.
The Euro Zone crisis in now the hot topic to a Global financial disaster. They should kick out the weak links.
