You know what? He is a man who has nothing but will go on to become almost everything. I don't like him but he is somebody who might just hit the bull's eye.

IMO, boring personalities don't survive for long. Asin has given 2 big hits. She never generates much hype. Prateik and Imran are from filmy families with 2-3 movies under their belt, they don't generate as much hype either. To succeed, you should either project an aura of mystery around you like Katrina or have a very engaging off-screen personality like Ranveer.

Valid point. Ranveer is an extreme volatile electron and he generates passion- be it like or dislike. Love him, hate him but you cannot ignore him. Him and Kareena are soul siblings. Like seriously. 😆

but I also feel that his (over)confidence might work against him in the long run (like it did with Vivek Oberoi). Or not. Let's see what happens. He is currently one of the only actors who is entertaining BOTH onscreen and offscreen.

Ranveer appealed to me during the whole BBB phase and coz of his KWK interview with Anushka but then i slowly started to lose the interest. The thing about celebs these days is that when they get praise for something then they start overdoing it. Ranveer started over doing his tapori guy act after the success of BBB, compared to 90s everyone these days seems fake, rehearsed and the innocence is gone. Ranveer's photoshoots are definately the best when compared to other actors coz he seems energetic and untamed. I still dunno if he is the IT boy but he definately seems much more raw and natural than ranbir and imran.
