okay can someone please take away my confusion Amar (the doctor guy) is going to come and say that Kkusum is my wife but dosen't Kkusum already know that she's (the real Kkusum) so how can she belive that she's the doctors wife??????????

She doesn't believe him...she's only with that Simi girl so she gets better...only for her...she knows she's Kkusum...and she's gonna prove it...hopefully it's SOONN!!!

she doesn't believe him. She knows that she is Kkusum Deshmukh. She goes with him only to help his 3 year old daughter who is suffering from cancer.

i think that now amar believes kkusum too cuz he's gonna help her get abhay back! im so happy... i juss hope he doesn't backstab kkusum!😊

There was an article posted earlier that amar upadhyay's role was a cameo role in kkusum but he wishes that it could be extended

So hopefully he will disappear but who knows ekta might change her mind
