I would agree with Rani, Likarsh & Nandalala. A degree gets you a job but to make a career out of it depends on his skills and drive to win.
Mohan is intelligent that is proved when his plans were approved by the bank and he seems to be confident in what he is getting into. He might be a little rash in making decisions that's where Pradeep comes into play. But the scene where Jitu advices Pradeep to remain as a silent partner doesn't make sense. That part should have been the other way around. Pradeep should be the influencing factor for Mohan making right decisions in business. Mohan doesn't need a paper to prove his skills.

Good pts, Mohur (sorry, I don't know your name😊)...In the beginning I felt Pradeep would be just what Mohan needed as an advisor, partner, & as a contact (& someone who knows ppl with contacts...i.e his f-i-l); I also like that he is cautious & diligent in his assessment of things (for example, the business contract Mohan just signed)...But somehow, somewhere he seems to lack confidence. I don't know if this is being done delibrately, but I am beginning to question whether he is capable of making decisions and sticking to them like Mohan can. In business, particular as an advisor/partner, one has to be certain of the decisions one takes; there is no back peddling...
I am Chitra...Pradeep's character is lucid but a person who is into accounting would be well versed with financial details and trading policies but they have lagged in portraying him better.
