I reallly liked MOHAN's confidence😃..

Its not called blackmailing, its called business agreement and the guy had every right to ask for rent for 3yrs without fail as its his land and Mohan wants to use it, the guy put down his terms and conditions of his land so I see no problem, I would do the same thing if it was my land, its Mohan who took that stupid decision to agree to the terms being locked into it without concrete confirmation he will definately be able to pay it and without looking for another peice of land that he would benefit from too, he went there and decided he wants it so he will get it.

Mohan gets himself into most of his own problems, so far, he needs to stop think and take longer to decide not on the spot of few minutes, he has a dream but doesnt look at the bigger picture and the outcomes of his rash decisions.

Well the landlord was being pretty cunning ... If Mohan leaves that land its not like the landlord wont get anyone else to rent it ... defo not in a city like Mumbai!

Yea Mohan invites problems, falls in them and that is how he will learn from them 😆 So I am happy Mohan has got himself into this problem .. Its not only making the story move forward but will also develop his character more and more 😍

I want to know who agrees to such a deal without negotiating. Why would you show your eagerness? And also why not you know try to bring the terms down by...some hard negotiating.

He didn't threaten him. 😆 Perhaps Mr. Marwani is perceptive (and a good businessman, even if not a decent one) and knew he could lure Mohan into this deal. What he knew others would turn down right away, he suspected Mohan might take it.
