Lets say Kushi pawned or soled the bangles to this jeweller whome Anjali was talking about. What if the jeweller, ask Kushi about her bangles which she pawned/soled to buy plants from?
ASR might be there and hears that kushi pawned her bangles. He will definitly want to know why she pawned/soled them and he will get to the bottom of the plant mystery after that!
HE WILL GET TO KNOW KKG BOUGHT THE PLANTS FOR HIM FROM THE MONEY SHE PAWNED HER BANGLES!!!
ASR would be soo touched he will definitely gift his mother's kangans to kushi for this 😉

edit!- I just thought maybe, Arnav still might have kushi's note about the time change of his meeting with him (after all he has a lot of tokens from her which he keeps secretly with him 😉)
there is still a possibility he might also have the card which was with the plants supposedly sent by La.
he might compare their handwrittings and get to the bottom of this.
I also realised that the time miming scene brought no progression to the story except comic relief and knowing the Cv's there might be some reason for them to come up with that scene.
Maybe this is the time for that silly note to come to Arnav's attention!!
