The girl with Salman is Ashvini Yardi... She was the programming head of Colors Channel... A very enterprising lady and a well liked person in the TV industry...

She was the one who was instrumental in bringing shows like Big Boss, Fear factor, Balika Vadhu etc to Colors and they topped the TRP charts... Because of these shows and her efforts, the channel Colors toppled the undisputed Star Plus from the Number 1 spot in 2009 which was quite an achievement...

She was/is considered the one of the most powerful women in the television industry and she has made it many times to the top 10 powerful women in India...

She quit Colors last month at the peak of her career because she wanted to get into filmaking like her husband Sachin Yardi who is directing the sequel to Ekta's Kya Kool Hai Hum...
