When a person is clinging onto his/her life then he or she will go to any extend to be saved. We all know that theres nothing wrong in that.

but what if its the case of a middle class man(who needs a new kidney or any other vital organs)targetting the poor people in return of a kidney.poor people are helpless and will gladly give their organ in return of some money.

is that morally correct?

Humm. It is hard to tell in simple yes and no. Looking at the way world works and taking into consideration barter system formed by us long time ago my answer is "yes" it is ok. Money is not a valuable asset. Value lies in what one "needs"... For millionair kidney is very valuable if he "needs" one.. and for poor, money would be valuable to keep going with his life...so basically it's like trading with what you need vs what you can offer. I don't think anyone would put poor person at gunpoint and take his kidney if he does, that's morally wrong. But if any poor is willing to offer what they have in exchange of what they need I don't see anything wrong in it.
You said poor people are "helpless" i would say even person wanted kidney in bed is "helpless".

Like Soumya said. If there are 2 helpless people helping each other and the outcome is a win- win situation for both and not a win-loss situation , then no one should judge the situation and there is certianly no exploitation.

In a win- win situation, the donor gets financial relief for what he can offer. He does not want any one's charity. So he will offer what he can.For which he will get the money he so desperately needs.
The sick person will get a life saving organ for the financial help he offers. Neither one over here is at a loss. Both are gaining from this.

OMG...Mr. Shukla "JI" ...I didn't know that money is more powerful than ur kidney!! After all..I am tooooo small😳 to analyse the situation as im not at the retirement age like u 😉

This post reminds me of one incident which my mom narrated to me... There was a very rich person who was in need of a kidney and he lived in UK.. so his son-in-law (SIL)willingly offered his kidney... The rich man paid all the expenses of his SIL but after reaching UK..The SIL was missing...😕.. After sometime it was found that he was working somewhere in London as a skilled worker.. and had another wife and daughters from her😕🤢😡!! I don't know wht happend to the rich man... he might have bought the kidney from someone else??!!## Who knows?? 😕😳

Now in such exchanges.. it is the equal exchange of "Worth Things" from both the sides (if not cheated.. of course) .. Money is worth to the poor man .. Kidney is worth to the rich person.. I will also call it a "Bartar Trade" as sowmyaa di referred...

Kidney is such a thing that people can live with just one and will die if it fiails. To save a dear one anyone will do it. Now for a stranger...mostly people will do it for money. I am not sure what I will do. If I see some one dying due to a kidney failure..i might give it to him without knowing a thing about him..it totally depends. If a rich person needs it yeah then reire as abhijit said 😆
But one thing I strongly feel we should do is organ donation when we die. We can give life to some one. All who read this, sincerely thing about it . i have done it too. Hopefully when I die, someone can see and live better life. 😛

Mr.Shukla "JI"... That's YOUR personal choice wht u wish to do with ur retirement... And i already KNEW the medical facts that a person can live healthy with one kidney and still WORK AS HE USED TO DO B4... u see we "Bacche" try to b aware of the facts and b a part of the Learning process with adults like u...

Family is a totally different case... we need not to have such "Barter Trade" with our loved ones... It is an emotional decision for the emotional attachment we share with them... If (God Forbid) my mom or papa need any such sacrifice from me.. i will Inshallah not think twice...

I can only say one thing for u... Don't see wht the colour of hair i have got ON my head, See wht's IN my head..... Dear Mr.Shukla "JI" 😉😉😉

God forbid, but if any of my family members needed my kidneys then i will happily give it to them, even if it means giving both of them...but if its a question of an outsider, would i still give it?then the question is simply no.i know it sounds selfish but this is an honest answer.
talking of donating organs..ive just remembered a friend who died very recently.
All her organs were donated to people who deperately needed it but before she died she told her mum that she didnt want to donate her eyes as she wanted to see Jesus with her eyes. 😭
