BTW what religion is Nimmi? I read somewhere Maasa allows her to follow her religion? Can anyone tell me which religion she observes?

Nimmi is most likely Sikh.

Well , 'Punjabi' isn't a religion , that's a language/culture of Punjab 😛.
I believe Nimmi is 'Sikh' .

it was never really specified whether she was punjabi sikh or punjabi hindu...i think maasa allows her to practice her culture (ex. wearing the punjabi suits instead of sarees) but we have never seen her pray any differently than the other bahus so i would assume she is punjabi hindu
