Kavya was shattered.
"What have you done my sister?"
Geet became upset.
"I'm sorry bhayya.I did'nt mean to hurt you.But i wanted to be Maan forever.I could wait longer.So i married him in the temple.
"Geet...you go back to your room",Anjali said.
"Anjali bhabhi?"
"I told you..go to your room",Anjali said again.
Geet went to her room.
"Anjali...Maan has planned everything carefully.He married her purposefully.I could'nt do anything",Kavya was depressed.
"Kavya..don't be upset like this.Like you said it may be for good",Anjali tried to console him.
"How can Geet's marriage with Maan be good?"
Kavya asked.
"Sometimes the mistake will be on our part.What if Maan loves her sincerely?Otherwise he would'nt have married her.Right?I saw true love in Maan's eyes".
"No Anjali...Khurana family is not fit for Geet.You know what happened in the past.Geet's affair with Maan's brother Dev Singh Khurana destroyed her life in every way.The after effects of that relationship were so severe that still Geet is suffering".
"I have not forgotten anything Kavya.But now i think we should think positively.What else can we do?We are too late".
Anjali's tears rolled down her cheeks.
Maan went back home.
Dadima was curious to know about his meeting with Kavya.
"Did you see Kavya Nanda?What did he say?"
"Dadima..he and Anjali Nanda are misunderstanding me.They don't think that i can make Geet happy".
Dadima felt sad for Maan.
"Maan..we can't blame them.What happened in the past were not that silly to be forgotten easily.But you should not accept failure.You should get Geet back".
"Dadima..i hid something from you".
"What?"
"I married Geet".
Dadima was shocked.
"What?"
"I married her in the temple".
"This is a happy news.So I'm not angry with you.But it's not something silly.It's very serious.Anything can happen".
"I know dadima.Even a bomb blast can take place when Kavya Nanda comes to know it.I did'nt want to lose Geet.That's why i did that without thinking twice".
Maan's mobile rang.He went to his room and attended the call.
"Geet!"
"Maan..I told bhayya and Bhabhi that we got married".
Maan was shocked.
"What?"
"I had to tell them the truth Maan.I wanted to make them understand that they can't separate you from me".
"He did not become violent.Right?"
"No way.Kavya bhayya loves me a lot.He can't be that cruel to me".
Maan smiled.
"But I'm sad that our Diwali night got spoiled.Diwali is the night of lights.But for us it was so dark".
Geet was very upset.
"Don't worry Geet.You trust me.Right?I will lighten your life with my love".
"I know that Maan.That's why I love you".
She smiled.
He also smiled.
"Geet is on my side.Then why should i worry?"
Maan comforted himself.
Dadima rang up Anjali.
Hearing the voice itself Anjali responded,
"Dadima?"
She was surprised.
"So you remember me?You could recognize my voice".
"What a question Dadima?How can i forget you?"
"Anjali...you must have come to know about Maan and Geet".
Anjali's face became dull.
"Yes".
"Maan married Geet".
"I know".
"Anjali..i know that you all are angry with Maan.He married Geet against your wish.He chose the path of lies to get Geet.But Anjali...trust me..his aim was not bad.His aim was only to get the love of his life.His love is Geet.Maan and Geet are made for each other.Please never separate them.God will never forgive us if we do that".
Dadima wiped her wet eyes.
She disconnected the call.
Anjali became upset.
