I was born and brought up in Delhi and we are a family of five which includes my parents, younger sister and brother .I was a complete brat as a kid, tease everyone around and now I've grown into a matured young lady. I was good in studies but even better in co-curricular activities.

I learnt Kathak and joined Barry John's theatre group two years ago in Delhi. I got my portfolios done and got into print ads and also won many beauty contests in Delhi. I always wanted to make it big, and my parents have been really supportive throughout, especially my mother who pushed me to get into acting.

Priyanka Bassi is an Indian small screen actress. Priyanka Bassi is originally from Delhi and has also attended Barry John's Theatre Group,who shot to fame with her character portrayal in the hugely popular show'Left Right Left'.

Priyanka debuted with India's Second English soap opera 'Bombay Talking' in 2005. She played Sheena Malik who is an aspiring actress in Bollywood.

She also did some press campaigns and later in the year after giving some auditions she got selected for the role of Naina ,Priyanka rose to rising fame with the portrayal of her character Naina Singh Ahluwalia, A 22 year old, beautiful no-nonsense girl wounded by the death of her brother Naveen Singh Ahluwalia and his declaration of being a 'Traitor' instead of a Matryr, in Left Right Left. For Left Right Left, Priyanka performed all the stunts and the fighting sequences herself to achieve authenticity and also attended workshops and analysed the lifestyle of military men and women with the LRL team.

Priyanka Bassi has been nominated for her role in serial in various categories.She won the Ida Glamour Star of the year.

She participate in Mr.& Ms TV on Sony TV C hannel in the reachedthe semi-finals.

Priyanka in Rang Badalti Odhni on Star One,she played a bubbly Punjabi girl named Samaira aka Sam who happens to be the best friend of the male lead protagonist.

Priyanka did modelling for several brands for ex- Santoor, Bsl suitings etc. and also done many music videos including the popular 'Para Hoja Soniye' sung by the Famous Punjabi Singh Channi Singh.

In April 2011, she again dons the Action Avatar of a Rebellious, Daring, Non-Nonsense Officer named Kaya in Surya The Super Cop on Sony Entertainment Television.

Now, Priyanka is going to participate in Star Plus's Indian version of Survivor.(waitng)
