According to the Maha epi promo, Cheenu will stand his ground. Yes, I know that's not an actual scene from the episode, but that's probably what will happen.

Please Cheenu, just thrown in some lines to Aditya about how blind he is to some things. Cheenu doesn't know the other stuff about what's going on, but I would 👏 if Cheenu tells Aditya he has no clue what's going on, and throws in that Aditya's the naive and unknowing one, so willing and eager to believe his father "accidentally" shot the gun.

I doubt it will happen, but I would cheer. Aditya will surely figure out that the shooting was no accident as soon as he finds out Gaurav is gay. Better that Cheenu get to throw that in his face vaguely beforehand.

Stand up for yourself Cheenu. Don't take any pushing around from Aditya. 👍🏼

The Cheenu i know will stand up for himself in the sense, have the strength to stand by his love, that his love for Vidya is real and so on - and he isnt leaving her side, and knowing Cheenu he has a simple way of putting things, that hits the nail on the head sometimes, but its also hard when Priya/Aditya doesnt know the full story (and i mean everything, the pain, the suicide, the situations) of Gaurav and Vidya and including Karan, also do i think Cheenu will tell them... i say No, coz its not kinda his place to tell them that Gaurav is gay which is infact a big thing, it really needs to come from Gaurav (esp to get it into Adi/Priya's head), and knowing that Priya hasnt let Cheenu even explains his part, because she is unwillingly to listen and i bet Aditya will be too

Lennie, in no way do I think Cheenu will tell them. I was thinking of making a topic yesterday or a day ago. It takes a man to keep quiet. How easy it would've been for him to blurt it out to Priya? But he didn't.

I understand Priya completely. She is exactly right in what she is doing. Aditya on the other hand... I just find it lol worthy that there are sometimes where he suddenly is all perceptive and now he comes in pissed off. True anyone would be pissed off, but this guy the guy who is so blind so many things...

I'm not saying Cheenu should blurt anything out. No. But he should have some good lines against Aditya. I don't want him to be cowered. Saying "you don't even see what's going on around you and you have no idea what's going on, have you even thought about what had gone on and why?" is not giving anything away.

I agree with you, there are times when i expect Cheenu (or any other male) to do something which we typically think will happen in a show, but here is Cheenu who has observed alot, and understood kinda each aspect of G/V esp Vidya, and like you say it takes a man to keep quiet, when it could be so easy to blurt it out, also now we do see Cheenu come forward coz Gaurav has encouraged it, otherwise Cheenu would of been how he has been. I do see Cheenu saying something on the lines of Gaurav already knowing about his love and so on

Like you i even get where Priya is coming from and how she is being, and how it seems to her... and i do think the shock of it has Priya saying all sorts to Cheenu and so on

I do like how Cheenu does feel its kinda his fault in a way, he is holding up his hand that he might be the one who caused this mishap now, rather then blaming someone else, its what i like about him - he feels and does everything so genuinely

As for Aditya, even i have to lol at him, i hope this step in knowing about Gaurav will atleast open his eyes to some reality, and when he also finds out how his dad is and so on, Adi's whole foundation is gonna crumble

I was so going to open a similar topic! I am in love with Chinu right now. He may be naive when it comes to the many complexities of life, but the guy has got balls, and that's what I keep looking for in every character. He is so firm and unwavering in his stand, and he does it whilst maintaining a dignified silence about the big bold secret. Respect!

Oh and yes, I do hope that he gives a good piece of mind to Aditya. The man is so oblivious to the shit around him that it's not even funny. It's like he's living in his own dream world that has got nothing to do with the murky reality. We have expected so many characters to knock sense to Aditya's head - Devyani, Priya, Gaurav...I really hope Chinu will not let us down.

Respect indeed. Like Lennie said, he would have NEVER pursued it had Gaurav not gone to him, and even then it took more talks and searching.

I knew he wouldn't reveal the day the episode ended with Priya coming to the conclusion that Gaurav left because of Cheenu Vidya. It would've been so easy. So easy to just say it. But he didn't. Repeating again, it takes man to keep quiet.

@amarmoti, there was a showdown, indeed. 😊 And I can't wait to see Aditya apologise to Cheenu.

There is just one thing that bothers me in the whole Gaurav/Cheenu/Vidya storyline. But it doesn't really matter, as I can see how there really was no other way. And now, with Cheenu holding firm and standing up, not willing to back down, putting Vidya's welfare first and foremost, I guess I can let it go.

Got hand it to Cheenu, today even he stood up for himself and even for Vidya, in saying she is not to even blame - and even keeping Gaurav's truth... and i do think that Cheenu had to take what Priya and Adi were dishing out esp how it seems from their pov's

Like you say, there were few talks before Cheenu even made an attempt to finally consider him and Vidya being one, and it took him time to even admit it, not coz he wasnt sure but to get to the point where it mattered (coz even at that point we still saw the friendship intact and aspect of C/V, it was only when Gaurav finally talked about it, it went further and Cheenu taking that step) and when to say it (and i liked what he said to Gaurav in regarding how he sees love and how he feels for Vidya - that when she hurt, he hurts even more), and even then Cheenu still remained in his limit and respect with Gaurav and Vidya, even when he was frustrated with Gaurav at times esp during when Vidya use to be hurt and crying

Cheenu might not be manly looking or whatever (which i know some ppl have issues with, i have let that go coz his personality is what shines for me), but he is more of a man in many aspects then other ppl

Agreed Cheenu handled himself well. He said only said what he had to say.

I don't have a problem with his lack of manliness, Lennie. I did think the actor was weak compared to most others, in a way he still is but I think he's improved.

My slight uncomfort is something way different. But I won't mention it because haters who never even thought of that aspect will use that excuse, 😆

Yeah acting wise compared to others is not there as much, but i still think he is good in a way and has the right expressions when it needs to be - to be honest it did take me ages (way back before him going off to his internship) to get use to how he was and even how use to walk, talk and so on, now i am lol

I have few ideas running in head, on what it could be lol
