Television actor Vikas Sethi, known for his intense acting, is back on television as Vikram in STAR One's leading prime time show Geet - Hui Sabse Parayi. He will play the role of an obsessive lover who wants to get Geet at any cost. Vikas Sethi aka Vikram talks about his role and the show.

This character is completely different from the others I have played before. In my career, I have played many negative characters but never an obsessive lover. Vikram is not negative but madly in love with Geet, and doesn't understand the wrong he does in life. That's the USP of this character.

He is a business tycoon from Geet's home town Hoshiyarpur and used to love Geet since their childhood. He never expressed his feelings to her and now he is back and determined to get Geet at any cost.

I really like her simplicity and innocence. She is very beautiful and I am madly in love with her.

I have just entered in her life and slowly and gradually everyone will know my reasons as the story progresses.

Yes, it's on the lines of Rahul (SRK) from Darr and I feel that character has become the iconic obsessive lover on silver screen. Many friends and fans have compared my acting with Shah Rukh's and Vikram's obsession towards Geet is similar to SRK's Darr.

My main aim is to get Geet. I am not here to hurt her but I want her to be happy ' and she will be happier with me. I have told her that I won't harm her at all.

I know Maan has come between us but like I told Geet that whoever comes between us will be gone be it her husband or anyone else.

I really like the way it's presented and its youth based show and love story between Maan-Geet. It is the most romantic jodi on television today. It's a healthy atmosphere to work on the sets of the show.

It's amazing and after meeting both Maan (Gurmeet) and Geet (Drashti Dhami) my respect for them as actors has increased. I remember on the first day of the shoot, Gurmeet came to me personally and greeted me & so did Drashti. Both are very professional and hard working.

Don't forget to watch Vikram's obsessiveness to get Geet in his life in Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi every Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm only on STAR One.
