On Kamal's birthday, which was yesterday, Tollywood star and politician Chiranjeevi met him to convey his birthday wishes. Chiru was in town yesterday to attend Ram Kumar son's wedding and took the opportunity to meet Kamal and wish him. The two are also said to have discussed about Viswaroopam, Kamal's current project. The meeting lasted for about half an hour, say sources in Kollywood.

Kalam greets Kamal

Read the heading again if you have any confusion. Yes, former Indian President APJ Abdul Kalam joined the list of those who had wished Ulaganayagan on his birthday on Monday (November 7). The former spoke to the latter over phone and conveyed his greetings.

"Kamal was so happy to receive a phone call from Abdul Kalam. The rocket scientist turned former Indian President, who is now traveling throughout India to inspire many young minds, expressed his heartfelt wishes to Kamal on his birthday," sources add.

Big guns from cinema, politics and diplomatic circles greeted the ace actor as he turned 57. While members of his fan clubs involved themselves in various social welfare activities and blood / organ donation camps, as a tribute to their idol on his birthday.

In his video message to his fans, Kamal said, "For those who adore and admire me, I would say let's live a life with a meaning. We should leave behind not scars but a symbol that would speak a lot of our contribution to the society." Kamal requested his fans to maintain a good and clean environment to lead a happy and a healthy life.
