We have seen in SONY TV's Kuch Toh Log Kahenge where Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) has quit her job because of doctor Dr. Ashutosh's rude behavior. Later Nidhi again bumped into Dr. Ashutosh (Mohnish Behl) at the wedding of one of her colleagues Priyanka.
During the wedding, Nidhi realizes that Ashutosh is not a very cold-hearted person and both shared some good moments. While dropping Nidhi to her home, Ashutosh requested Nidhi to come back to the hospital. But she softly denies it and tells him that she is going to Europe for a month tour.
However, as soon as Nidhi comes to know that Ashutosh is not well, she drops her plan of Europe visit and returns from the airport. Bases on all these happenings, Nidhi's friend Anji tells Nidhi that she (Nidhi) is in love with Dr. Ashutosh.
In upcoming episodes, we will see that Nidhi will completely fall in love with Dr. Ashutosh. However, this is one-sided love for Nidhi. She will also join back to the hospital to be with Dr. Ashutosh.
