Just like Bharka is "seeing" Radhika everywhere, Sishupala, the king of Chedi who was Krishna's cousin as well as the intended groom of Rukmini (before Krishna carried her off) hated Krishna with all his heart. His mother begs Krishna to forgive him a 100 times and Krishna does. On the Rajasuya Yagna day of Yudishtra, Sishupala commits his 100th infraction and Krishna "kills" him. What amazes the sabha is that a great "light" from Sishupala's dead body merges with Krishna's as it is said that even though in hatred, Sishupala constantly thought of the Lord.
In this instance, Bhakra is so obsessed with Radhika, this OCD causes her to "see" her everywhere. As much as this serial is mythical, there is deep psychological evidence for such behaviour. The mind can hallucinate if not relaxed through meditation and good thoughts.
Wonderful work, creatives!
