I don't think Apurva was married Nish. I think he dated Mahima's sis, but I don't think they ever got married. Correct me if I'm wrong....😕

No Nishi,Apporva and Akansha were never married.They dated each other and then broke up.Apoorva wasn't involved with anyone for quite some time.Shilpa was earlier seeing Arjun Punj who left her for gurdeep Kohli.

Shilpa and Apoorva met through Rakshanda Khan who is very close to Shilpa.They got engaged in April.Got married in May I think.
