It is sure that Nani wants to kill yuvaraj. Now that Tappu complained about Iccha of the BF, Nani will start thinking how to put the blame on Iccha. She will send Tappu out and drug the baby . By some scheming, she will arrange that Iccha comes to Tappu's house again. She will see the druged baby. Then Nani can put the blame on Iccha. As she has already done this twice every one will blame Iccha for this.

I think CV will go to this extent of cruelty.

Yup...that is exactly where this track is going... for Iccha to be a cover for Nani's devious plan...

...you tell a lie to cover a lie...and that us when you get caught... the only thing is that from the point of view of drama, how do you go ahead without the villain?
