Discussing nominations 4 elimination allowed?

In BB5 the contestants are shown openly discussing nominations for eliminations. It was against the rule of BB in the last 4 seasons & punishments were given to those who indulged in it. This season no such actions have been taken!!!Shakti Kapoor & Mandeep was shown discussing on how to nominate Mahek and Juhi for elimination. Amar, Pooja Missra, Shradha have also been shown to discuss this..

Has the house rules changed??

nope... but i do think BB team took note of it, and might show the footage to the housemates at a later date.

Also, thats the only footage we have seen and not the ones with Poo Bey and Chuhi Parmar group.
