Last Sunday, the All Blacks [New Zealand ] defeated their ultimate rugby rivals [the Wallabies a.k.a Australia ] in the rugby world cup semi finals... Wohhhooo!!!! Cant wait for for the finals this weekend between the All Blacks n France. Wish us luck! Also wishing the Wallabies good luck for the Bronze Finals with Wales. I was over the moon when India won the cricket world cup this year. Hopefully the All Blacks will also have a clean sweep in the rugby world cup. [This year, my city Auckland is the host]

Ravan's quarters:
Daimaa is shocked to know from Ravan that they will be sharing the same room. She gets suspicious of their behaviour since its too good to be true. Ravan reassure her that nothing is fishy. Daimaa leaves them in their room. Shravan says his jaws are hurting from having to smile so much (agreed!!! His smile is 100 watts all the time!) Ira says my hands are hurting from having to carry glass of milk for him. Shravan says he made her hold it just for kicks; he drinks alcohol not milk. Ira says she wont let him drink when she will be sharing the room with him and she grabs his bottle and throws it out the window. She says what if he takes advantage of her when he's drunk and Shravan's like yeah right! Then Shravan grabs his beddings and sets his mattress on the floor while Ira sleeps on the bed and positions the fan to face her. Shravan says now do you have right over air as well and positions the fan facing towards himself. Ira says she cant sleep without the fan and Shravan says its not like he was born in the air. They both start grabbing and fighting for the fan and of course they end up breaking it. Ira gets irritated and turns around to sleep while Shravan starts taking his shirt off. Then Ira turns around and gets a jolt to see him in his vest. She tells him to wear his shirt back on but he refuses cos its too hot and says are you going to sleep or check me out all night? Ira turns her back and keeps on screeching at him to wear his shirt. Shravan then divides the bed and his mattress with a rope and curtain. Ira's content now and they both sleep.
Ojha house:
Isha's making preparations for karvachauth. Girish realises its Isha's first karvachauth so he tells the servants to decorate the whole house. (Revathy doesnt look too thrilled but quickly gives a fake smile as Girish looks at her) Girish tells her that its also her first karvachauth as a MIL and she should ensure that Isha is feels at home. Revathy agrees and says that she just told Isha the day before that she has accepted her as DIL. She adds she will try her best to become a good MIL and why not start with this ritual as a first. Girish is happy (yet a little confused) and leaves. Isha gets back to prep while Revathy gives a sly grin and says in her head that this will be Isha's last and most unforgettable karvachauth. (we'll see about that!)
Ravan's bedroom:
Ira wakes up to Shravan's loud snores and cant get back to sleep, feeling really irritated. Just then, she gets a call from Revathy. She tells her that Daimaa is suspicious of their sweet behaviour. Revathy suggests she should do a karvachauth fast to convince Daimaa and ward off her suspicions. Ira agrees and says she will actually do the fast for Sam, not this mechanic (I have been so used to her calling him King Kong that it feels odd when she calls him Samarth... not that Iam complaining) Ira then wants to wake Shravan (who has stopped snoring) to inform him of the latest developments. She gets a wooden club and starts prodding him to wake up. He wakes up suddenly blurting out his bike's number to the cops😆 Ira tells him she will be keeping the fast and also orders him to wake her up at 4 in the morning so she can eat to her heart's content before fasting. Shravan tells her to use an alarm but Ira says not even an alarm wakes her. She sets the alarm and throws it to Shravan and finally both sleep.
4 in the morning:
Isha wakes and stares at the clock as it 4 while Sam is sleeping.
Shravan wakes to the alarm, once again blurting something about the police. He tries to wake Ira by yelling and putting the alarm clock right next to her ear but it doesnt work so he takes a handful of water and sprinkles it on her face. She finally wakes and the first thing she asks is why Shravan isnt wearing his shirt (Jeez he still has a vest on woman!) and why did he wake her with water. He says this is the only thing that worked and says his job is done and goes back to sleeping. Ira's still on her bed and starts praying to god that hopefully all her hard work will be fruitful.
Isha coughs a bit then walks over to still sleeping Sam and takes his blessings. (His left foot is a little exposed from his blanket) She looks at him lovingly, then looks at mata rani's photo and asks for blessing for being successful in strenthening her relationship and gets out of the room. Isha coughs again (I guess she's not well) and looks at the clock in the hall which says 4.05 am. Isha wonders where Revathy is because the MIL is responsible for doing the "sargi" rasam. She decides to wait for Revathy.
Daimaa is in the kitchen singing and heating milk in a pot. Daimaa is shocked when Ira tells her about wanting sargi from her. Daimaa checks her temperature out of shock She says she cant digest how much Ravan keep on changing colours like a chameleon. Ira assures her she has changed and requests for sargi again. Daimaa says Ira doesnt need to have sargi because its not their family tradition to do karvachauth, and gets back to work. Ira makes neck strangling gestures behind her back and gets thinking. She smiles and leaves. (It looks like she's up to something)
Isha checks her temperature with a thermometer and continues coughing. She says it seems she has a mild fever and it should get better if she eats something. She waits for Revathy. Girish sees her and asks if Revathy still hasnt come. He says its both their fault for thinking Revathy has mended her ways and she will actually come to give sargi. He tells her to wait no longer and carry on with the rituals as they cant trust her. Just then, Revathy quickly arrives and objects to Isha saying couldnt she wait for her. Girish retorts that Isha's been waiting for ages and all the food is on the table. Revathy says that sargi doesnt just consist of food but there's other things such as sari, jewellery, mehndi etc. and she was getting them ready so it took time. She gets the sargi tray from a servant and taunts that no in the house is willing to believe that she has changed and genuinely accepted Isha. Isha takes Revathy's blessings and she hands the sargi over to her. Girish tells Isha its 5.45am so she should eat as much she wants quickly before fast begins and takes their leave. Both Isha n Revathy sit to eat at the dining table. Revathy sets all the food for her while she starts praying. Revathy thinks she ought to break Isha's fast at any cost and sprinkles salt on top of Isha's food while her eyes are closed for prayers. Isha is about to drink the glass of milk but she sees the servant on the ladder has dropped the flower decorations by mistake. She gets up with the glass still in her hand to help him out. Revathy quickly runs and puts a stool right behind Isha and runs back to the dining table. Isha drops the milk when she turns around. Its 6.05am now so Revathy tells Isha to eat quickly before sunrise occurs. Screen freezes on Isha as she's about take a bite of puri.
Precap:
Isha informs Sam she's fasting for him. Sam says theres no need but Isha tells him this is for his long life. Sam says his life is full of pain so whats the point of a long life.
