Hello moon_mine, it seems to me that, that might as well be the case. I mean, in today's episode he already had a ring picked out for Khushi. So they are moving things along pretty fast. I think in every episode we will see Shyam, continue to torment Shashi till he gets caught or not. He won't though IMO.

Though there was one revelation that surprised me (not too much it fits very well with his character) - that Shyam intended to keep the juggling act going. He would continue to be married to both women. I think the CVs were trying to show that Shyam has no boundaries, which makes him so dangerous yet intriguing.

I think the danger is not so much to Khushi but to her dad. Though the CVs get a ratings kick out of every scene between Shyam and Shashi. Will he kill him or won't he? A question on every viewer's mind. Though I don't think they will kill off Shashi, who else will he show his diabolical side to? Right now Shashi is the only one who knows.

Anyway just my two cents on where the track is headed. Shyam plans to be a bigamist. That's the big news to me. I just thought he would leave Angali and marry Khushi. But no, why would he leave his golden goose ie Anjali. Very diabolical. And part of me likes it as a writer. As a viewer, I'm sick of the smirk and the arrogance which has come to become vintage Shyam. As always Abhaas Mehta is superb.

Right now I don't see how the love birds will get together with Shyam in the middle. There every step of the way to thwart these two. Yeah, I can totally see Shyam set his sights on Arnav and make him his next target behind the scenes that is. That would be fun to see these two guys go at it. But that would only happen if Arnav actually knew the truth about Shyam. As we all know, and have seen the Raizadas are quite slow on the up take when it comes to their Shyam. They think he can do no wrong. Thanks for your comment reima :-)
