They celebrate all traditions and customs in a grand manner. And the arrival of Abhishek's baby calls for a major celebration, and the women of the family had been planning this for a long time. Ash, is due to deliver next month. Jaya is planning everything down to the last detail - from the menu to what her bahu will wear, to the jewellery, singing and dancing. The event will be held in the afternoon. As per Indian customs, the girl leaves for her mother's house after the baby shower. Ash will go to her mother's house and the Rais will follow their own customs and traditions, but that will an intimate gathering of close friends and family members only."
The source adds that it's a very special occasion for the Bachchans. "Jaya and Shweta are personally calling up their friends to invite them. The source adds, "The senior Bachchans are thrilled about Abhishek and Ash's first child and their third grandchild and wanted to make it special. They want everyone to take part in the celebration." Some of the guests invited are Gauri Khan, Suzanne Roshan, Maanayata Dutt, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Sonali Bendre, Shrishti Arya, Kirron Kher, Mana Shetty, Kajol, Twinkle and Rinke Khanna, Sridevi, designer Ana Singh, and Kaajal Anand. Abhishek, who had been shooting in Jaipur for Bol Bachchan for over 50 days, flew in on Saturday morning. Abhishek's sister Shweta Nanda flew in from Delhi to help her mom prepare for the big day.
