Net abuzz with Aamir Khan's leaked 'Dhoom 3' look

Aamir Khan was spotted in a new look at a public-do recently. The buzz is that pictures of the event circulating on the Internet is his new look for his super-villain's role in Dhoom 3.

In the picture posted on the website Firstpost.com by one Raju Shelar, Aamir is seen sporting a salt-and-pepper French beard with dark, backbrushed gelled hair.

However, neither the production house nor Aamir has confirmed if his new look is for the film. The picture was clicked in Mumbai, when he was entering a Thai Spa and was first reported by Rubina A Khan.

Aamir is known to experiment with looks in his films. Until recently, he was seen sporting a handlebar moustache for his next release- Reema Kagti's Dhuan in which he plays a cop. Earlier, he donned a salt-andpepper, cropped hairdo in Kiran Rao's Dhobi Ghat.

For Ghajini , Aamir famously hit the gym and beefed up his body by acquiring six-pack abs and had shaven off his head to play the character of a person suffering from shortterm memory loss. Again in Ketan Mehta's Mangal Pandey: The Rising, he had grown his moustache and hair to get into the skin of historic character Mangal Pandey. Dil Chahta Hai, saw him in spiked hair and a goatee to play a much younger character.

"It's too early for Aamir to officially confirm his Dhoom 3 look. However, he could be giving a look test for the film," a source close to Aamir said.

Yash Raj Films confirmed that the third part of the Dhoom series will go on floors at the end of 2011 and is planned for a 2012 Christmas release. The film will feature Aamir in a negative character along with Katrina Kaif as his heroine. This is Aamir and Katrina's first film together.

Tashan maker Vijay Krishna Acharya will direct the film. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra return as the protagonists in the sequel.
