I think its Dev's mom...she may want to come back and is with Barkha to get Radhika out of Dev's life. Though I don't know why she would want that? Anyway, I don't think it's dadaji because he always loved Dev and wanted him to be happy. Dadajij himself was not happy with having to cancel Dev and Radhika's wedding. So it's definitely NOT Dadaji.

I dont think it can be as he was cremated and they showed his face. but 100% sure it would be him if he didn't die. Kanha said Padma was good but like Dev, she was just blindfolded by Barkha. So Padma's situation is like Dev's, just misunderstanding. So I dont think it is her or DDji. Maybe it is some form of Kanha? And he is doing this for some reason?
