I wish they something like this in the show, because on Piya's first birthday at Dehradoon, Abhay had hurt her by creating misunderstanding between her and Misha. She was so much in tears. Her next birthday, he was frozen, and probably she was in Paris. This is the birthday, where can get some nice scenes between Abhay and Piya.
