She probably knows how Arnav is when Khushi is around.. Her expression that day was another hint.. Even during the "pot" scene, the way she was controlling her laugh gives us an idea that she is thinking something..

Anjali has given the definition of love to Arnav but does apply it herself , neither in her , nor in her brothers case .

I just hope that CV doesn't turns Anjali's character into an evil one! Because I really like her sweetness and kindness to everyone! I really love her character, and yes, she should be the first one, who knows that Arshi love each other. And I also hope that she will be the one, who makes them realize it!
