Aoni is lying on the hospital bed, his heart rate erratic. Miilee asks the doctor if the pulse rate is normal but the doctor just shakes his head and leaves.
Miilee calls out to AOni who open his eyes. Miilee smiles. Aoni tells her that she saved him and points to the monitor.
He adds that his heart is hers and that every beat it takes is in her name. He tells her that he will get better and they can both play a football match with their respective teams. He says that this time he won't lose.
Miilee cries as she remembers the Doctor's words about Aoni having to see a specialist.
She tries to say haughtily that he cannot defeat her.
Aoni says that he forgot that Miilee only knows how to get the other team to lose, the same way he lost her heart to her.
Miilee looks down for a while and says that he has talked enough. He should rest. She tells him that she'll come back.
Miilee goes out and sees the police officer who shot Aoni. She asks him whether he has come to see if Aoni is dead or alive.
He starts to say that he knows… but Miilee cuts him off and asks him what does he know? That he has made a mistake?
And then she says that he didn't make a mistake, he commited a crime. He attacked an innocent man.
The police officer tries to justify himself by saying that Aoni was trying to run away and he had a gun.
Miilee insists that Aoni was not at fault. She asks him what is she going to tell Aoni, that he might die soon?
The officer tells her that he hasn't come here to arrest Aoni because he knows that he is innocent.
Miilee scoffs and says that it's too late and that it's no use.
The officer sighs and tells her that he has been transferred and the case has been taken from him. He adds that he has already presented the two candle-holders as evidence.
Miilee is shocked. She says that Vishal Rastogi must surely be behind this transfer.
Scene shifts.
Vishal rastogi is celebrating with some minister in his office. Miilee and he both see the news from their respective locations. The newscaster says that the candle-stand which was the murder weapon is owned by Vishal Rastogi, who is now under suspicion. Vishal Rastogi is shocked.
Scene shifts.
The officer and Miilee are both seeing the news. He tells her that before leaving, he tried his best to save AOni and he hopes that Miilee is happier now.
Miilee says that she is happy and apologizes to him. The officer accepts her apology and leaves.
Scene shifts.
The press enters Vishal's office, [No security?] and ask him some questions. Vishal rastogi replies that he's just as surprised and that someone is trying to frame him.
Before the press can ask him more questions, Vishal Rastogi has a heart attack. He faints and everyone is in shock.
Vishal opens his eyes half-way and gives a sly smile. [So he's just pretending]
Scene shifts.
Aoni is struggling. His blood pressure is going down. The doctor and Miilee are in the room. He tells Miilee that she needs bring AOni to another hospital immediately for a surgery.
Aoni tells Miilee that his match has already started and this time, he will win. Miilee stubbornly says that she won't lose.
Aoni says that he will accept defeat only from her. [Awww]
They show Aoni in the ambulance when suddenly it stops. There is a crowd in front of the hospital. Miilee tells them to move when she sees Vishal Rastogi on a stretcher.
Aoni is also wheeled out. The press surround Aoni and Miilee, blocking their way to the entrance. Miilee is trying to push through and she says that she wont answer their questions.
They enter the hospital and Miilee requests to see Dr. Khurana. The nurse tells her that the doctor is busy with Vishal Rastogi who is a V.I.P patient so the doctor won't be able to come. Miilee asks her to at least tell her where they are.
Scene shifts.
Vishal rastogi is sitting on the bed, with a magazine in his hands and Dr. Khurana is sitting on the chair by his side. They are both laughing and Vishal tells him that this was the only way out of answering their questions. They laugh some more.
Suddenly, Miilee enters the room and Vishal Rastogi is shocked. He drops the magazine. She looks at them both accusingly.
Miilee tells the doctor that her friend is dying and that only he can save him.
Vishal Rastogi adds fuel to the fire and tells the Doctor that her friend is the man who killed Father Manuel. Miilee pleads with the doctor.
Vishal Rastogi shakes his head at the doctor and Miilee notices the exchange.
Miilee says that she can do anything to save Aoni and Vishal asks what exactly can she do.
She tells them that the press is outside and what a sensational news it would be if she tells them that Dr. Khurana is laughing with a man who is supposedly having a heart attack. [In other words, she threatened to tell the press that Vishal was pretending.]
Scene shifts.
Two doctors attend to Aoni, one of them being Dr. Khurana. He says that his heart is very weak and that he needs a heart transplant which is very expensive. And they will need a donor.
Miilee asks what will happen if they cannot find a donor and the doctor replies that the chances are bleak and that they can perform an open-heart surgery to extend his life.
Miilee tells them to go ahead with the surgery and she will find a donor.
Both the doctor looks at each other and refuse to budge.
They tell Miilee that Aoni is a criminal and they don't take criminal cases as it would affect the reputation of their hospital. Miilee is frantic.
The doctor says he can't do the surgery and leaves.
Miilee tries to comfort Aoni. She screams for the doctor.
She follows him out. She tells him that he has her word that she will pay him for the operation. The doctor tells her that her word has no meaning.
Miilee begs some more but the doctor tells her not to waste his time. He adds that he doesn't operate for free and that she should bring Aoni to some government hospital. He leaves.
Miilee remembers the promise she made to Aoni and looks around frantically. She sees a policeman and grabs his gun. She yells out for the doctor and points the gun at him. The Doctor is shocked.
Aoni sees this from inside the room. He extends his hand as if telling Miilee not to do it but Miilee doesn't see him.
