Well, lets see if she is selfish or not. All Isha cared for was her sister's feelings towards her. Isn't it a selfish act to force Sam into a marriage with Ira just because Isha wanted to rectify some mistake she had made in the past (by the way, I don't think Isha made a mistake by not saving Ira from the fire as she knew Sam was saving Ira)?
and as you mentioned Sam did a good job getting mad at Isha, but we can't blame Isha...
Of course, we can blame Isha, We can definitely blame Isha for trying to deceive Sam (even though it was unintentional). What if Sam had actually gotten married to Ira? Seriously, there is no way to justify what Isha did.
The fact that Isha loves her sister to death is not ENOUGH to justify Isha's act or not ENOUGH of a justification to force Sam into a marital relationship with Ira.
