When Nihita Biswas Sobhraj made entertainment history Monday night by becoming the first contestant from Nepal to take part in Indian TV channel Color's reality show " Bigg Boss 5", back home in Kathmandu her family's moment of pride turned into shock and consternation at the first barrage of questions raining down on the 23-year-old.

"I was shocked," said Nihita's mother Shakuntala Thapa, a senior lawyer practising at Nepal's Supreme Court, reacting to the question posed by one of the participants, news anchor Mandeep Belvi.

People do anything to get publicity, she had choosen to come into BB house and she has to expect the unexpected...

what wrong they asked to nihita ? they asked what they felt . and that was correct what they asked to her . no need to be shocked and to have consternation ... As far as i think that she should have asked to pooja bedi same question where is your husband ?? then her reaction would be worth watching?

Yea well i thought the question by mandeep was quite abrupt but what did biswas's mother think? her 20 something got married to 60 plus who is in jail! its one of the first questions that comes to mind to any sane mind.
