Do you still think that it is indeed Bani who is pregnant (with Jai or someone else's child) or is the culprit Anu?

Bani is not pregnant. Least with someone else's child. There was a doubt about Jai, but Jai seemed absolutely sure he didn't cross the limit even in his drunken state. So if there is anyone pregnant then it is Anu. Actually I am wondering if anyone is really pregnant or is it something else! Whatever it is Bani is doing it to Keep Jai's honour intact. But still I feel it wasn't the best way to deal with it.

Jai's behaviour has indicated a great shift; he is extremely caring and considerate towards Bani. So does this shift indicate that he is truly falling in love with Bani or is he simply making up for all that she had to go through because of him in the past?

Jai is in Love.. and there can never be any doubt on that front now. May be his actions can be termed as if he was making up for Bani, but his eyes and smile had a different story to say. If Jai was actually just making up for her by being caring… we wouldn't be flirting with her so openly. Telling her which colour looks good on her, giving her an approving smile when she wore his choice, and helped her tie her dori(Btw Bani, y is that u forget to tie ur dori every single time?) and then swayed her away for a dance…. I agree he was very caring and considerate towards Bani, but I found him more romantic.

Do you think that Bani was justified in not just keeping her silence but actually lying to Jai about her Pregnancy?

No. Bani is not justified. I rarely understand People like Bani, and this time she is way above my comprehension. Though I know she is doing all this for Jai's sake and he sake of the family's honour. I don't believe this is the best way of handling it. She always chooses the most difficult way out at the cost of her relationship with Jai. I am not talking about their marriage.. I am talking about that relationship that binds them both at a very basic human level. These acts of Bani leaves Jai confused and he begins to question himself if he understands her at all and his trust seems to revive itself from a previous blow only to be blown over again. Sometimes I feel does Bani understand Jai at all? Don't tell Jai couldn't have handled the situation any better. If not for anything else… Jai is more experienced, he will know what is good for his family.
Bani is slowly but surely turning into an typical Balaji Product… all sacrificing and all protecting!
Bani always overlooks her happiness and what I fear if now that Jai is a part of her.. it will affect their relationship. Whatever the reasons that she might have, Bani should have confided in Jai or should have handled it in a way that no one comes to know of the truth. Look at Jai even he is hiding something drastic but he is in complete control of the situation… he is making sure no one is becomes a casualty coz of this secret.

I don't approve of Bani demeaning herself for any reason, least for the sake of her Husband's honour and pride! Simply coz she is Jai's honour is attached to her more than anyone else and for whom his trust in her is as important as his trust in himself. Considering she took this step coz she thinks their marriage doesn't have a future… can she live with the fact that the man she loves thinks she is characterless? How can she live with that thought?

What are your views on Jai's reaction to the news of Bani's Pregnancy? Do you feel he was justified in his anger and the choice of words or do you think that he flew off his handle as usual?

How will Jai react? He will be shattered all over again. He will not forgive himself for what he told Bani. But thrust me, I have enough of this couple's unreasonable behaviour. One comes around and the other has back off. If Jai is going to feel guilty, I will strangle both Jai and Bani!!! He better not go one guilt trip, instead he should whack Bani for not trusting and lying to him. He better demand an explanation from Bani for this.
Jai was justified. More than anything, Jai trust in Bani and himself is broken. It was Bani who put those horrid words into his mouth. Do u realize not once he asked her who the father of the child was? It didn't matter to him who that guy was. Nothing mattered to Jai other than the fact that BANI had cheated him. Jai would have reacted the same way even if they weren't married and Bani was his favourite employee. He simply cant bear the fact that Bani did this… what makes this worse is that now Jai is in Love with her. So with his trust his heart now filled with love for her is also broken. I know it will be healed in no time when he comes to know of the truth, but till then Jai is going to suffer and Bani will suffer more for doing this to him.

It was primarily the fact that Bani broke his trust. As I said earlier he didn't even ask Bani who was the father of the child. If he was jealous or mad with rage about his WIFE being pregnant with someone else's child… the 1st thing he would have asked would have been 'Who is the father?'. For Jai it really didn't matter who that guy is… for him what matters is that BANI broke his trust. Having said that his heart ached beyond what he would have expected it to. I always feel Jai-Bani connect with eachother at different level all together that beyond the comprehension of mortals like us (that is exactly why the Balaji Team keeps goofing it up at times) Jai-Bani are beyond any relationship that they share within the social norms… They are soulmates!!! So in this situation I didn't see Jai react as a husband, but more like a man whose very soul cheated on him.

Judging Jai's instant reaction to Bani's confirmation of her Pregnancy (the banging of his fist on the book-shelf), do you feel that he was insanely jealous or was he just shattered and heart-broken that Bani made a fool out of him?

I didn't even see a streak of jealous in Jai yday. He was simply shattered and heart broken. May be I didn't see jealous in Jai's eyes coz U feel jealous only when u r insecure and in this case, Jai thinks he has lost Bani or rather she was never his. I know Jai's behaviour through the past few days didn't indicate anything but hatred for Bani… but even then there was a sense of belonging that both of them shared. To sum it all up, Jai's emotions was something similar to 'For Love or Hate, Bani is mine' Bani's confession crushed his basic strong trust he had on Bani. Jai can stay hating Bani all his life, but cant do without trusting her with his own life. This couple is beyond our senses…

Please give a general prediction on what will be Jai's reaction when he comes to know the truth that it is Anu who is pregnant and Bani lied to save his family's honor?

As u urself said MT, may be Bani does faint this time… and Jai will try his best to ignore her and will… Aditya will get a doc and jigyasa might say Bani is pregnant, the doc will say Bani is not pregnant(don't ask me how the doc can determine without tests!!!). And Jai will be seeing stars may be at the same time Anu faints… and the doc will say, she is the one who is pregnant. Suddenly everything will fall into place. While Jigyasa breaksdown, Aditya stands dum struck and Ranveer goes for the doc's throat… jai will come and sit by his wife, holding her hand… his eyes weeping and his heart bleeding. Bani will wake up and see this sight and at once guess the truth is out… Jai is not going to leave Bani alone… But jai u better ask ur darling wife for an explanation. I am expecting too much, as usual.
Otherwise Anu will own up. But I really doubt this mess is going to be cleared up so soon… this will go on and on… Massi will come back and they will be forced to put up an act of the Lovey Dovey couple. Jai will revert back to 'Adath' this time with Bani in mind or is there anyother bewafai song? Chalo after this episode Jai Bani will be confess their feelings for eachother.

An analytical question; Bani has ended up sacrificing everything for Jai, including her self-respect. Do you think that any love in the World is worth giving up so much for? And do you feel that Jai deserves Bani's unquestioning, selfless love for him?

The true meaning of Love is in giving urself to the person u love and in being unconditional. I cant say if any Love is worth that much… coz Love is immeasurable. But yes, I do feel no person in the world is worth sacrificing ur our self respect for. And I don't consider it a sacrifice of the highest order to give up ur self respect for the person u Love. I would say it is demeaning Love in itself! What is the use of giving up urself to the person u love, having lost ur self respect and in surrendering to him after u been demeaned in your own eyes and in the eyes of that man u love? For me Human Dignity is above anything and everything… be it that of another person or self. Without upholding the dignity of human, u cant respect anyother emotion. So I would always find Bani at fault in such a situation… she shouldn't give up her self respect and say she did for Jai's honour and coz she loves him more than she could ever express. It was even more upsetting to see Bani blow up the chance to tell Jai the truth, especially when his eyes was brimming with horror of this possibility being true.

Jai is worth all the Love… simply coz he is the only guy who will ever be able to Love Bani to depths and heights a woman like her deserves to be Loved.

Haven't seen the video, so going by your update it is Anu.. I read on this forum that Jigz gave pointers to Bani on how to act pregnant so I am not really sure who is pregnant. 😕

He is trying to make Bani happy and does not mind falling in love with her in the process. He has left his past where it belongs and so he is able to be himself .. a caring, loyal and fun guy.

Nope... Bani really dissapointed everyone... she is practical and not devi type we see on all soaps but she did just that by taking the blame if Anu is the one who is pregnant.. If she truly loved Jai, she would have thought about what is going to hurt Jai more, her lying or telling him about Anu.. We know how hurt Jai was after Bani's confirmation of her pregnancy but would Jai be so angry if Bani told him she was covering up for Anu..? You have to know how to pick your battles..

Jai's reaction was predictable and fitting his personality but more importantly it was fitting someone who placed tremendous amount of trust on the same person who was guilty by association.. In Jai's eyes Bani has hurt him again......

Jai's dischantment is definitely Bani breaking his trust just when he was allowing himself to trust someone in his life again..

If you lose your self respect and love for yourself , you cannot love anyone else... A great cause is definetly worth giving for but in this case , Bani was comletely wrong as it is hardly a cause to be humiliated and hurt Jai , the person she is trying to protect..

Okay first and far most a quick response:

Actually i just read your post today, and before reading it, i was thinking about the reasons that bani might be doing all this; I had somewhat the same reasons! One thing ofcourse she is doing this to protect jai's and anu's reputation and the second part is that, bani knows she'll be leaving the house; So i guess before leaving, our devi will make another sacrifice; After watching yesterday's episode, i felt bad for bani and jai;

Jai is deeply in love with bani, and he might not able to realize it, but it shows through his emotions a lot. He is certainly very possessive of her, because he felt the rage yesterday, after he confronted bani of her preg.! Poor dude banged his hand on the book shelf; but then again, isn't jai is that one who always tells bani that she will be leaving this house soon, and keeps reminding her of that, so what's the matter jai; If he certainly loves her and he is so possessive of her, than why all this jealousy!

Looking at our bani's point of view, she is right to some extent; If bani is indeed not preg. and it's anu, than i guess bani will go to some extent just to protect jai's rep. That's why she is doing all this and ofcourse the other reason is that she'll be leaving this house soon; Sometimes i feel that bani might feel jai's affection towards her, and that she might have the idea that jai is starting to like her a lot and is very attached to her.

As far as anu is concerned, than i have a feeling that the pregnancy issue won't be solved soon until it's time for anu's engagement; it stated in an article that bani is trying to stop anu's engagement! It's just my gut feelings that this might take place by the end of this week! but who knows now; okay back to the questions!

At this stage, it is very hard to predict; I mean after watching the videos, i hardly see any suspicion towards anu; One thing is for sure is that i don't think bani is pregnant at all. I mean this chick is madly in love with jai and if she is pregnant, then it has to be jai's child; but as far as this is concerned, nothing has happened between jai and bani; And if something might have happened, they would've mentioned it. Nothing of physical intentions was mentioned next morning and then again if it would've happened now, then jai being sober would remember something; So this is my conclusion of bani not being pregnant at all! Sometimes I feel that it is both! To tell you the truth, it's is simply love, but as we know, jai is not ready to acknowledge that. Even if he thinks that he might be doing this out of his guilt so that bani could have some good moments because she is leaving soon, I still feel that it has to be his sweet fondness towards bani and nothing else. I mean all those lubby dubby scenes were so cute, and sometimes I feel that he is just more than MR. Walia towards bani; To me, he acts more of a husband now than a man with guilt of hurting bani! I don't think he gets it that even though bani has only few days left in that house, even he is bringing himself more closer to her which might later turn the tables around on him.

Well knowing bani, she was bound to do that, and to me she was justified. For one reason is that she won't let any tarnish on Jai's name or his reputation. And of course the other reason is that she is also trying to protect Anu(which I'm still not sure if she is preg.) because for the reason that anu is like a sister to her. Also, bani will be leaving the house, and this thought might have just come to her head. Bani knows that anu is not even married, and that's why she is taking the whole issue on her name so no one would suspect that it is indeed anu who is pregnant. To me, she is certainly justified!

I was a bit surprised at his reaction and I wasn't really surprised for the words he used. The walia's are known for their words now lolzzz!! Well anyways, back to what I said, yes I was certainly very surprised; My prediction was that after jai will come to know bani's pregnancy from the reporters, he will just go ballistic right there and will confront bani in a rage, but to my surprise, he actually followed bani and confronted her graciously, because this time he actually wanted to believe her and not pass any judgment. I guess jai was fuming after bani admitted that she is indeed pregnant, and our cuddles was rolling with fumes coming out of his ears. Lolzzz!! well by this reaction, I'm very much amused to know that our cuddles is deeply over protected and in love with mrs. Walia!! But then again, bani never forced him to come closer to her and it was him who always told bani that their relationship will be over soon and he'll free her; but helllooooo, what is bugging you Mr. walia!! Lolzzz He needs to confess this fact soon that he is undeniably in love with bani.

I feel that it's both, but most of all it's the fact that she might be pregnant with someone else's child. I mean come on, you can clearly see the jealously and rage he was feeling. One thing is that whenever jai's trust is broken, he backfires bani with all the same words. I mean this guy actually threatened to make her life miserable again. Lolzz!! Jai is certainly gone koo-koo with all these women surrounding him. He got mad today, when the doc. informed jai about bani's abortion. Yes! It is certainly the child that he thinks belongs to someone else, unless he wouldn't be coming home all enraged and warning bani!

Even though he told her that she made a fool out of him, it is not all that! His heart was broken on knowing the fact of bani's quarrel on the pregnancy. It bothered him more, that once again his trust has been broken due to the fact laid out by bani dear.

Most likely, he'll feel ferocity towards himself and not bani for not trusting her enough and passing verdict just like that. I think after that, he'll cry over to bani!! Lolzzz~ I'm preety sure after he does find out the truth, he'll won't be able to forgive himself for saying all the disparaging terms to bani and might actually confront bani on how he feels for her! (just say it jai, you were jealous lolzz)

Indeed she has sacrificed so much for jai, but this was on her terms and conditions, and no one ever forced her. I guess she is a girl who keeps her promises, and one of her promise was to mausi that she'll always take care of him, which is what she is doing; She is a girl, who's married life begins with a name and ends with a name, but then again, she is doing everything that a wife suppose to do. With so much fame, comes the questioning on reputation and that's what bani is trying to protect. She might think that before leaving, she has more conscientiousness to take care of and that what she is doing. The question of whether jai deserves bani's love or not, is not a question, but more of an appreciation towards jai. Bani is definitely doing this as she's jai's wife, but also she values everything jai has done for her and to her, jai is deserving of her selfless love. (I might be a little confusing there lolzz)!!

I don't know if the culprit is Anu but I have a feeling it isn't Bani for sure! She definitely seems like she's covering up for someone....whoever that maybe!

Again instinctively it seems like Jai is actually falling for Bani and not just making up for all his previous actions. He says that he thought she was different from her other sisters indicating that he trusts her more and that he truly believes that she's special (maybe I'm reading in between lines but Jai being the stubborn fool isn't going to explicitly say anything so soon!). Anyways I think he's growing fond of Bani and even if he's not there yet there was definitely potential of him falling in love with her!

Assuming that she isn't pregnant she definitely isn't justified in lying! If she kept her silence it would have lead to fewer problems than having confessed to actually being pregnant (again assuming that she really isn't).

Well I did answer this in excrutiating detail in your previous set of questions but to sum it up I think he was justified in his anger. Choice of words is something that could be debatable but anger is definitely justified considering that he's growing fond of Bani and that he treats her with a lot more tolerance...so the thought of betrayal from her definitely would invoke such feelings and this might even be good like you said since it indicates that he's on the path to falling in love wit her!

Really good question! I think that since I have a feeling that he's falling in love with her it is the former rather than the latter. I think that he finds it unbearable to think that Bani could've betrayed him for another man considering like you mentioned that he has been "loyal" to her despite all the problems. So that's prolly what irked him more!

I think this time that it's the latter but not because Bani made a fool out of him but because he trusted and respected Bani so much that he did't expect such a thing from her! I think more than being jealous at that point he was hurt which made him react that way!

I'm terrible at these predictions! But I think that IF it really is Anu and Jai finds out he would regret his actions and words towards Bani more than anything. His first reaction would be towards Bani and regret for all the pain that he might have caused her rather than anger towards Anu. His respect for Bani would grow with leaps and bounds but Jai being Jai will not say it all......he would probably make everyone else (Jigs and Ranveer to be precise) apologise to Bani for their behaviour and save his apology for a later date ;)

It's funny that this question be asked at this point in time coz I just watched Fanaa last night and a dialogue of Kiron Kher's comes to mind immediately....she says "give up your self respect for only that person who is ready to be destroyed in your love." Although I might not completely agree with her I can see that sometimes love just asks for certain sacrifices. I personally wouldn't give up my self-respect coz love for a person if reciprocated should encompass respect. I don't know if Jai deserves Bani's selfless love but if Jai is willing to reciprocate it then definitely. Jai seems like he is falling in love with Bani and it is Bani's proclamation of pregnancy that's making him react this way and so if it wasn't for Bani herself destroying her life Jai is definitely worthy of Bani's love.
