Maan had gone back to the CID Bureau and only Geet and Abhijeet were left. Abhijeet sat on Geet's chair meanwhile she mixed two different coloured chemicals in a beaker. Abhijeet stood admiring Geet. Then he walked near the corpse and started swiping his hand around its neck

Abhijeet: Geet! Aapne kabhi Vampires ke baare mein suna hai?

Geet was shocked and she felt a jerk in her breath: ji! Matlab!

Abhijeet: mera matlab hai, aap Vampires mein vishwas rakhti hai!

Geet: yeh koi bhagwan thode hai jinpe vishwas ho! Kyun?

Abhijeet: aap is nishaan ko dekha?

Abhijeet pointed towards the two red holes in the nape of that corpse. Geet's throat went dry with fear. How could she miss something like this! It would expose her kind. She remained moan. Abhijeet turned and started walking towards Geet's desk.

She came out of her car and saw Maan standing with a bottle of liquor in his hand. She thought: abhi yeh aadat gayi nahi inki!

Geet: Maan, aap hotel waapas jaiiye! Please!

Maan: Geet!

Maan stumbled and fell on Geet. His hand was bleeding because of the broken liquor bottle. Geet's senses grew alert and she could smell the alluring smell of blood. She stopped breathing and then forced herself away from Maan. She called Milind to take care of Maan as she moved away...
