What do you think are the male and female EMAET singers which can make it big in Bollywood. Vishwaas has a good voice but he somehow always mess up with some unnecessary talk. Hrishikesh is a good singer..but something is missing..connections??Sharib has a very different voice quality and is quite popular as well. Ujjaini seems to have a good voice and good personality and attitude. Same with Sanchali.Who you think among these or any other EMAET singer has a potential and the qualities to make it big in Bollywood. Why you think that way?😃

sharib and ujjaini 😃 ... i think they both have the voice quality and talent required for a playback singer... i see ujjaini becoming more famous though

i think rajeev might also make it big in particular types of songs

i don't see anyone else getting too far 😕

I think Ujjaini will become quite successful - her voice is very well suited for the indo-western kind of songs and lot of such songs are being composed for hindi films today... Sharib has got a great voice as well, but not sure how far will he go.. Haven't heard of any breaks for him after C2005, though he was pretty good there as well... As for others, dont see anyone making it big really, though I think Saptak and Vishwas have good playback voices

Vishwas and Sharib have a lot of potential in males. And possibly Aishwarya

Ujjaini, Twinkle( in something if not singing) will make a mark.

There's too much competition nowadays, so only people with different, unique voices and styles will succeed. Ujjaini will be great for Indo-Western songs, but she will face very tough competition from Sunidhi, who is ruling the roost in that category. Vishwas again has a voice too similar to Udit Narayan, so he will find it hard to break in. Ditto for Saptak. Sharib is in the KK mould, but has a better voice, so we can see him succeeding - he just needs Ismail Durbar to give him a push like he did with KK in HDDCS (I hear the Lata song is still in the pipeline and will be recorded soon). Rajeev, again, will not break it into the mainstream, but will carve a niche for himself, kind of like how Sukhwinder and Kailash Kher have done.

Unique voices are very important. That is one of the reasons Vinit hasn't got too many offers other than his mentor. People already have a much better singer in Sonu.

Rajeev has a very high pitch voice something like Mahendra Kapoor. For any patriotic or folk songs Rajeev's voice would suit.He sang the rang de basanti song brilliantly in C2005 finals. I think Rajeev stands a good chance of doing certain special genre songs.

agree with all who think these guys/ girls will have a hard-time making it. even then, if they have to stand any chance, they all have to work big-time on their personality/ attitude/ confidence, the stuff u can see in a kunal g or a sunidhi. this goes for rajeev especially. he cld go far just because he's perhaps the only one with a distinctive voice quality. but personality?

and even with all that, i dont see them doing any significant playback singing, just road/ stage shows...

Hello jadoo ji, do you think even Nihira will not be able to do it? I think Nihira has capability.

If I say C2005 and EMAET combinedly then hardly one. These singers can do few stage shows for couple of years but can not be playback singer in near future.

I respect your opinion Jaado ji but, I think the top 5 of C2005 are all capable of making it big.

We were discussing the EMAET singers so I didn't mention them. But, they are all soooo talented and truly amazing singers.

Sonu , Shaan and some of the top singers are good, but when they were younger and when I saw SRGMP long time ago I never thought Sonu and Shaan would have made it as big as they have.

So I would like to be positive and hope they will reach their goals. You may be right. But, I know they are definitely talented and deserving.

I understand what your saying Jaadoji, but the music industry has changed. People are dieing to hear new voices and even unconventional voices have become popular.

But, your right about your prediction based on the past.

I hope it's not true and they do well.
