Body
Fitness – "Being active, eating healthy meals at the right time and pursuing some exercise is essential to be fit. I exercise six days a week and love playing football, as it is an excellent exercise. One enjoys the game because you don't realise that one is actually burning calories. It is a game of speed and enhances ones muscular strength, agility and endurance. I also go to the gym and do cardio exercises and weight training.
Diet – I start my day with porridge (wheat dalia) with lot of veggies. After that I have eggs or cottage cheese. I ensure I have proteins in my diet. For lunch, I have wheat bran rotis, which is good source of fibre and helps in digestion, dal, salad, veggies and also boiled potatoes and broccoli. Sometimes I have rajma and brown rice. In the evening, I have soya crunches, a sandwich, fruits and a glass of lassi. Dinner is green vegetables, salad and rotis or sometime a cheese pizza. I have less salt in my evening diet.
Mind
I love to sit in my balcony with friends and have a cup of coffee and listen to music. Playing football thoroughly relaxes and de stresses me. I enjoy going for drives at night when there is no traffic on the road.
Spirit
I have immense faith in God. I believe that God is one so I worship all Gods. I light a diya at home and recite the Hanuman chalisa daily and the Gurubaani as I find it soothing. Prayers give me strength and make me feel good.
My motto is, to make my family happy and proud of me and as an actor entertain my audience."
