I remember the days when saregama would hunt talent from the country and give them a platform to sing and showcase their talent. It was a show that everyone in my family would sit together and enjoy. Even though they are still doing that..ie hunting talent and giving the platform to sing. However, now it seems more like one of the soaps on TV with soo much drama and tension. Everytime there is some conteroversy or the something else and someone is shown in a negative light. Please bring back the old enjoyable saregama😭.

Very True. The participants those days very really talented and most of them were classically trained. I used to love the sur-taal round and the folk song round.. We used to assess a participant only based on his singing talent and not on his acting or dancing capacity. The way the participants are being projected nowadays as being scheming etc. hurts the entire purpose of this show.
