Hi Friends,
I just saw Thursday and Friday's episode and I have a few confusions-----loved the ring ceremony, letter and gift, but I had wanted to see the admiration and appreciation in MSK's eyes when he saw Geet wearing the saree he had gifted --( the gift was a first for MSK , after the ML), but again I was disapointed'...the saree , letter and the hide n seek (chupa chuppi) behind the pillar was all very cute and romantic, but I didn't quite understand why Geet moved her hand away from underneath MSK's, as far as I remember, this was one of the first times that he had made a deliberate move by himself to hold her hand ( If it were me, I'd never want to do that-----maybe she couldn't stand the BD's hand on top of hers?---hehehe).
And then, I didn't quite get the meaning of the eyelock after that-----was he annoyed, upset, happy ?????? Another inconsistent aspect was when MSK abruptly walked away midway through Geet's dialogue''..it's not as if he were angry at her''she was just thanking him for his kindness and change of attitude. What was the reason behind Geet's cryptic smile after that ? I interpreted that, it would mean that she thought that MSK had walked away cos he wanted her to follow him to his room'''hence the smile.
Well, keeping this interpretation in mind, I was all set to see the continuation of that scene in Friday's Episode--------but alas what a rude shock to see Luckeeto's SR morning after --ugh !
The eyelocks and the tug of war over food at the table was all very cute , but what made Geet think that MSk was blushing ??? Didn't quite look that way to me ! Help me out here guys , I think I'm getting a bit thick in the upper chamber as I'm not quite getting it ! The eyelocks scene execution and Mahi moments seem a bit contrived and not as natural as they should be-----but I'm still willing to give the Cvs the benefit of the doubt here, since our beloved leads have been unwell. BTW looved the" Honeymoon " vs " Honey Maan" reference made by Geet------that was a really cute sentence Barryji !
He is also our Honey" Maan "!
The DSK/GMSK scene was also a bit hard to swallow---Geet's (selective?) ML regardig Dev's mis-deeds in the past is also a bit too hard to swallow------I mean , for heaven's sake Geet--------this is the same guy who duped you, raped you, doped you and ran away girl----Helllooo??!!!! Okay----I understand that you wanted to forgive and forget to move on in life '..but being all (devar-bhabi) pally pally and taking his explanation about women's feelings after marriage (whaaa?????---now DSK is the authority on women???)----with out a word, rebuke or rebuttle-----was tooo much!
As far as we remember (and we fans don't have selective ML)----The crux of this show was the incident that happened between the innocent girl from Hoshiyarpur and the devious devil from Delhi ( Canada ?)and brave Geet Handa's courageous struggle and fight against this gross offense and norms of society. The CVs ( who also have ML) have turned the fighting tigress from Hoshiyarpur into a tame and lame (purring) pussy-cat.
And lastly, I just want to throw up seeing the way this Nando (seems like a gold-digger to me------maybe she'll turn negative ???) is trying to weasle and worm her way into the office, neglecting the needs and wants of her new love and hubby (which newly married 17 year old in her right mind would do that pray tell ? ). Why oh why are the Cvs so hell bent upon shoving her down our throats is beyond my comprehension ! To top it all---The non chemistry and awkwardness between these two is just tooo stressful and painful to watch...
Sorry for this very loong post but I just wanted to get this off my chest and share with u my dear friends. Sorry if I've offended anyone !
