Why is Malar keeping quiet still ? She should clearly tell her dad what's in her heart & that it is not just Gobi who is after her, she too wants to marry him . Even her dad's nice friendship with Sokku is totally spoiled because of her 'umm' moonji & total silence in this matter. 😕 Her father is giving her feelings so much importance and asking her repeatedly what she desires etc. Can't she say, especially at this point when the person whom she loves & wants as life partner is being misunderstood & getting bad name from her dad ? Shouldn't she stand up for him , at least now ? 😡

I feel Meenatchi and Deivanai are not punished at all neither by Gopi nor by Sokku. Sokku's one page dialogue won't do anything. He himself happily goes and announces about his son's marriage o his sister. So he is agreeing to that interns agreeing to Meena/Deiva scheming.

Malar madam acted in Vandhan Vendran 😊 although small role for her.
